What do we do?

Two certification paths—one is sure to suit your needs
Depending on whether your factory holds a ISO 9001 certificate, you can choose between two certification paths:

Path 1 (Recommended) : Hold a valid ISO 9001 certificate → Longer certificate validity period and better value for money

Path Two: No ISO 9001 certificate → You can still apply, but the validity period will be correspondingly shorter

The certification process is simple and transparent
The entire certification process is divided into three major stages:
Document Preparation
Compile ISO 9001 certificates, product photos, and technical specifications (available in Chinese or English; we can assist with Spanish translation)
Test Execution
Safety and EMC tests are conducted at the Arnool laboratory, and ILAC/CNAS reports are issued
Review and Certification
Documents and reports are submitted to the Colombian certification body; certification is granted upon successful review

Document and Requirement Pre-Notification
To ensure a smoother certification process, we recommend preparing the following in advance:

ISO 9001:2015 certificate (if applicable)

Test report for Arnool issued within the last 12 months (IEC standard)

Product photos and technical specifications (a Spanish version must be provided ultimately)

User manual (Spanish version)

Nameplate design draft (must include information in Spanish, such as phase count, voltage, manufacturer, etc.)
After certification, the product must also be affixed with the RETIE compliance mark.
