NOTICE
Anchoring Core Sectors, EV charger Testing Capabilities Significantly Upgraded
As a key area where the company has deep expertise, the testing of new energy vehicle charging infrastructure is the core focus of this expansion. Both the technical depth and scope of coverage have been expanded simultaneously, further solidifying the company’s leading position in the industry.
Newly Added ISO 15118 Vehicle-to-Grid (V2G) Testing
This expansion introduces specialized testing capabilities for road vehicle–power grid communication interfaces, strictly adhering to the ISO 15118-4/-5 series of international standards. These capabilities fully cover core test cases such as HPGP PLC signal measurement and the SECC discovery protocol.
The implementation of this capability means that Arnool testing can comprehensively support the verification of connectivity and communication compatibility between EV charger and vehicles, providing authoritative testing support for EV charger enterprises as they V2G technology and product adaptation to global smart charging standards.
Charging system capabilities have been comprehensively strengthened, with more complete coverage across all product categories
With this expansion, the company’s existing electric vehicle charging system testing capabilities have been further solidified, enabling comprehensive safety, performance, and reliability testing of all categories of charging infrastructure—including AC EV charger, DCEV charger, communication interfaces, charging power modules, and other charging facilities. Coupled with complementary testing capabilities in power electronics converters and environmental reliability, the company can provide end-to-end,one-stop testing solutions for new energy charging infrastructure, ranging from components to complete systems.
Simultaneous Expansion Across Multiple Fields Further Refines Testing Service Matrix
In addition to the core new energy charging sector, this expansion simultaneously covers multiple high-demand fields, comprehensively enhancing testing capabilities across the full range of electronic and electrical products:
Newly added Uninterruptible Power Supply (UPS) testing: Based on the IEC 62040-1 series of standards, this covers nearly 20 tests—including protective impedance, insulation clearance, enclosure flammability, restricted power supplies, and temperature rise—to ensure compliance testing for UPS products used in data centers, industrial equipment, and communication base stations.
Lighting Appliance Standards Updated in Tandem: Keeping pace with updates to international and domestic standards, IEC 60598-1, IEC 61347-1 have been updated to the 2024 edition, and GB/T 7000.1 has been updated to the 2023 edition. This ensures that lighting product testing remains aligned with the latest global market access requirements, facilitating the smooth export of products.
To date, Arnool CNAS’s accredited testing capabilities cover the following core areas: Lighting Equipment | Audio-Video and Information Technology | Electric Vehicle Charging Systems | Power Electronic Converters | Uninterruptible Power Supplies (UPS) ⭐ | Photovoltaic Inverters | Vehicle Communication Interfaces (ISO 15118) ⭐ | Environmental Reliability | General Safety | Mechanical and Electrical Equipment | Test and Control Equipment ⭐ | Home Appliances ⭐
