China’s electric vehicle charging industry has developed rapidly and is now a global leader; a large volume of export orders further demonstrates the strength of Chinese companies. However, due to a lack of familiarity with export certification processes and regulations, many domestic companies have incurred significant time and financial costs and encountered numerous challenges while expanding into international markets. In light of this situation, we cordially invite you to attend the EV Charging Equipment Seminar hosted by ⟦P5 ⟧South German Group, to be held on May 26, 2023, at Suzhou.

Over the past three years, charging standards in the electric vehicle charging industry have undergone several major updates, with significant revisions to testing requirements. Furthermore, current market demand is increasingly focused on high-power charging solutions, presenting greater challenges and demands for the vast number of EV charger and charging accessory manufacturers. As one of the earliest third-party organizations in China to promote EV charger certification, TUV TUV SUD has taken the lead in certifying DC charging modules in the high-power charging sector and was the first to define the compliance specifications for charging module certification.

This seminar features a distinguished panel of experts, led by Mr. Song Lei—Manager of the Industrial Automation Business Line in the Industrial Products Division of TUV TÜV SÜD Greater China Group, BABT Certification Officer, and Mr. Song Lei, an expert from IECEE Expert Task Force 14. The panel includes TUV TÜV SÜD’s senior EV charger safety certification experts, EV charger component solution specialists, charging communication protocol testers, EV charger electromagnetic compatibility, and EV charger multi-country certification.
