依据是什么
CCC（中国强制性产品认证）依据《强制性产品认证管理规定》。目录内的产品未获证不得出厂、销售、进口，这是中国市场最硬的准入门槛。
要点
- 是否在目录内由产品的海关编码和具体参数共同决定，不能只看产品名称
- 需要工厂审查，并接受年度监督检查
- 证书与标志可在中国国家认证认可监督管理委员会官网核验
常见问题
- 「差不多的产品有证」不能当作自己有证。CCC 按型号发证，型号不同要单独申请。
- 进口产品在口岸会被查验证书，缺失会被退运。
